POSTAGE AND INSURANCE

 

All orders are shipped insured and registered and so must be signed for by the recipient either at their delivery address or at the local post office if no-one is available at the delivery address to sign. We will e-mail you shipping details on the day your purchase is sent. (NB: Any taxes and duties to be charged by the country destination is the responsibility of the purchaser.)

All goods shipped to you are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Once you are advised by e-mail that your order has been shipped, we guarantee delivery of all items except in cases where the address supplied is incorrect, illegible, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved, in which case you will be liable for payment of the purchase price and shipping of the order irrespective of whether the order arrives on time or not at all.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

 

Please note that all orders delivered outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes. Different countries have different regulations for imported products and it is your responsibility to pay your country’s local customs clearance, import duties and taxes. Such charges are not included in the delivery fee or purchase price of our products as these vary from country to country. We have no control over those charges and cannot determine what they may be for the 195 countries in the world.

As customs policies vary widely between countries, you should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from us you are also considered the importer of the ordered product and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We will not be held responsible for the payment of any customs duties under any circumstances. When ordering from us you agree to pay any import duties which may be imposed by your country’s government.

If you refuse to pay any import duties imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product and you will be charged the full purchase price of the order and the shipping price together with any shipping amount incurred in the return of the goods to us and any customs duty or penalty imposed by your government.

 

Return Policy

 

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase . Returned items must be in new/unused condition and include all original paper work. If applicable, all security tags and labels must also be intact. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Items not returned within 14 days of receipt will be eligible for exchange only.

It is imperative that if you intend to return an item for exchange or resize/remake that you contact us first by e-mail so that we can confirm whether you can return the item and whether any applicable fees will apply. We will then send return delivery instructions (RMA)to you. Please note that for international clients the return instructions are important to minimize your costs for the return delivery fees and any applicable customs fees.


RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION


An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained prior to sending items back. The RMA number authorizes the initiates the return process. Unauthorized items without an RMA number may be returned to the sender with additional fees required. Please contact our Customer Service Department for this information. Please note: An RMA number is not a guarantee of refund or a reflection of any other information, and will expire within five (5) days of the issue date. Please be sure all returned items are postmarked within this period.


DAMAGE


We guarantee that all our products will be delivered to you in new condition without damage or fault in craftsmanship. Should a product be damaged or faulty in its craftsmanship at the time of delivery to you (the customer), you may return the product to us (within 14 days of the delivery date) to have the product replaced, repaired or a full refund given. In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately.

Please do not accept packages that show extensive damage or tampering. If an item was damaged during shipping, all insurance claims will be handled through the carrier. All returned merchandise is carefully inspected for damage including but not limited to: scratches, dents, dirt, signs of wear, etc. An item is considered to be in new /unused condition if there are no signs of wear, scratches, or any of the above listed attributes. Additionally, all applicable security tags and labels are present. We reserve the right to reject an item deemed unfit for re-stocking. We cannot accept items that show any indication of use.


SPECIAL ORDERS


Any special made to order or a resized ring including those done by us are not subject for return or refund.


RE-STOCKING FEE


Please note that ALL returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, any applicable shipping costs are also non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, or an incorrect item was received due to our error. Incorrect information provided by you the customer is solely the liability of the customer, and does not facilitate or qualify a refund for shipping costs.
